Notes on The Whistler by John Grisham (2016

This is the latest from the king of legal thrillers, John Grisham.

It is a pretty standard tale for him. The only thing that makes it different is a few of the main characters are judicial investigators.  It's worth reading for that interesting perspective.  Otherwise, there isn't much to it.

One other thing to note is all characters-- regardless of gender, age or background-- speak in the same voice. You'd think with more effort and time this would not be an issue.  He cranks these out.
